I am not a computer expert by any means but it was so simple to update the drivers and I was so relieved that my computer started running as it was supposed to run. I ran the program under the trial and I couldn't believe how accurately it found my drivers!! I was so please that I immediately signed up for a year contract with automatic yearly renewals.
I don't remember why or how I found out about Driver Easy, but the cost and the guarantee that was presented, gave me the confidence to spend some more money on what I hoped would be a more useful program.
I already had a different driver updating software, but I was not thrilled when it didn't fix the problems I was having with my computer.
